How does the "ranked above free" actually work?
Premium and Featured listings are sorted to the top of search results within their state and category. When a customer searches "solar installer Lagos", your Premium or Featured listing appears before any free listing. Featured goes first, then Premium, then free. Same for the state filter, the home page rotation, and any future ranking surface.
When do I get charged? Is there a free trial?
You pay the moment you submit the upgrade form, via Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD). There is no free trial — but if you cancel within 30 days, we refund your first payment. No questions asked.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?
Your listing stays live but drops back to Free. You lose the rank boost, the lead notifications, the gallery, the homepage spot (if Featured), and the analytics. Your profile, reviews, and contact info all stay. You can re-upgrade anytime.
How many leads will I actually get?
Honest answer: it depends on your state, your services, and how you respond. Lagos + Abuja installers in our beta averaged 8-12 quote requests per month as Free listings, and 3-4x that as Premium. We don't promise specific numbers because we don't want to be the directory that oversells and under-delivers.
What if my state isn't covered yet?
You'll be searchable in the state filter as "Coming soon" and we'll notify you the moment we onboard enough installers in your state to launch. You're not paying for traffic you won't get — we're honest about that.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. We pro-rate the difference when you upgrade mid-cycle, and downgrade at the end of your current billing period.

You provide the basics: company name, services, service area, phone, WhatsApp, and up to 5 project photos. We design and deploy within 3 business days.
